This is a collection of gowns for evening wear at formal or semiformal social affairs. Evening gowns must have an elaborate, magnificent and glamorous style.

The dress illustrated at right is made of royal blue taffeta and transparent satin crinoline. The gloves, the cascade folds on the crinoline and the ones on the breasts are made of taffeta.
